End User License Agreement

Licensor: Fabcom, owner Fabrizio Grande, 5415 Nussbaumen, Switzerland.

1. License

You receive a simple, non-transferable right to install FabStream on computers you own or control and to use it privately and commercially. Features of the paid plans require an active subscription or a valid license key; a key may be activated on as many PCs at the same time as its plan allows (Premium 1, Ultra 3, Max 5).

2. Restrictions

Reselling, renting and sublicensing, circumventing or removing the license check, and decompiling are prohibited unless expressly permitted by law.

3. Your content

You are responsible for the content you stream and record and for complying with the terms of the streaming platforms.

4. Warranty, liability

The provisions of the Terms and Conditions apply.

5. Third-party components

Electron (MIT License) including Chromium and Node.js; the license texts are in the program folder (LICENSE, LICENSES.chromium.html).
FFmpeg (GNU GPL v3), unmodified "win64-gpl" build by BtbN, run as a separate program (resources\ffmpeg\ffmpeg.exe). Source code: github.com/BtbN/FFmpeg-Builds and ffmpeg.org. On request we provide the complete corresponding source code for at least three years after the last distribution of this version (support@fabcomstudios.com).

Lizenzgeber: Fabcom, Inhaber Fabrizio Grande, 5415 Nussbaumen, Schweiz.

1. Lizenz

Du erhältst ein einfaches, nicht übertragbares Recht, FabStream auf eigenen oder von dir kontrollierten Computern zu installieren und privat wie kommerziell zu nutzen. Funktionen der bezahlten Pläne erfordern ein aktives Abo oder einen gültigen Lizenzschlüssel; ein Schlüssel darf auf so vielen PCs gleichzeitig aktiviert sein, wie sein Plan erlaubt (Premium 1, Ultra 3, Max 5).

2. Einschränkungen

Untersagt sind Weiterverkauf, Vermietung und Unterlizenzierung, das Umgehen oder Entfernen der Lizenzprüfung sowie Dekompilierung, soweit das Gesetz sie nicht ausdrücklich erlaubt.

3. Deine Inhalte

Du bist für gestreamte und aufgenommene Inhalte sowie die Einhaltung der Bedingungen der Streaming-Plattformen verantwortlich.

4. Gewährleistung, Haftung

Es gelten die Regelungen der AGB.

5. Drittanbieter-Komponenten
